Wash hair well
"Mendy" hair
Put a little oil on the scalp and massage it + put a quantity of oil on the hair along its length, especially the ends, and massage the hair very well... until you feel the oil penetrate every hair and strand, and massage the scalp at the same time.
Leave the oil bath for an hour/hour and a half maximum.
Then wash your hair with a gentle shampoo and conditioner, and you may need to wash it with warm water first to remove the oil.
